Siddaramaiah’s son Yatindra gets clean chit in lab tender case

Siddaramaiahs son Yatindra gets clean chit in lab case

The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) has given a clean chit to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s son Yatindra  in case of tender awarded to set up a lab and diagnostic centre at the Pradhana Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojan hospital in the Victoria Hospital premises, reports Kannada Prabha.

Dr Yatindra was facing an allegation that he had misused his father and Chief Minister's office and procured the tender illegally. The ACB had registered a case and investigated for 17 months and finally ruled that there were no evidences to prove the allegation against Dr Yatindra. The tender for lab and diagnostic centre was awarded to Matrix Imaging Solutions India Pvt Ltd to conducts tests at lesser fees. Dr Rajesh Gowda, Dr Yatindra and a hoard of others had started the diagnostic centre and Yatindra happens to be one of the directors of the institution. Social activist S Bhaskar had lodged a complaint that the tender was awarded illegally.
