SI "rewarded" with site and cash for providing VIP treatment to Sasikala?

Not just that, the accused officer also bent every rule in the prisons manual to facilitate AIADMK leaders' meeting with their leader Sasikala, almost every day, post visiting hours! As a result, the SI has allegedly been "rewarded" with a site in Bannerghatta and cash in his bank account. These and more damning details have come to light in an anonymous letter amidst investigation into the VIP treatment to Sasikala in the prisons.
The letter reportedly written by aggrieved jail officers and prison inmates levelled serious charges against SI Makanur of having received "rewards" from Sasikala for helping her in getting the VIP treatment. The letter alleges that SI Makanur has been "rewarded" with a site in Bannerghatta and lakhs of rupees in his account from Sasikala. SI Makanur is attached to the Karnataka State Industrial Security Force and is deployed at the entry gate at the Parappana Agrahara, reports Kannada Prabha.
The alleged that SI Makanur enjoys close links with the AIADMK leaders of Tamil Nadu and has bent the every rule possible in the prisons manual to make Sasikala Natarajan comfortable in the prisons. The letter also alleges that Sasikala's supporters are using two prison ambulances (KA 42 G 919 and KA 42 G 799) to sneak in special food - prepared at Hosur legislator's residence - to Sasikala's cell. The letter nails Prakash, purported to be close to KPCC president G Parameshwara of going out of his way to provide special treatment to Sasikala Natarajan in the jail, reports Kannada Prabha.
AIADMK leader and Sasikala's nephew Dinakaran, Ilavarasi's son Vivek and Sasiakala party's Karnataka in-charge Pugalendi and Sandil would meet Sasikala everyday after the visiting hours, violating the rule. They would communicate only with SI Makanur over the phone who would allegedly help them in meeting their leader.
The letter alleges that anybody coming to meet Sasikala always communicated with SI Makanur and it was he who allegedly facilitated the meeting of Dinakaran with former jail superintendent Krishna Kumar where Dinakaran allegedly struck the deal to provide VIP treatment to Sasikala. SI Makanur has built a two-storey house in his native Nagenahalli of Ranebennur taluk and purchased two cars that have been attached to some companies in electronic city. The letter demands an inquiry into it.
