- Neighbours had earlier too filed a case with police against the family for their weird behaviour
FollowA woman in her thirties was kept locked up inside a room by her mother and elder sister at Austin Town near BDA Complex in Bengaluru.
Smitha was locked up inside a house, and her mother Rosy and elder sister Silvia allegedly have not allowed her to come out of the house for ten years from the time Silvia and Smitha's father had died.
Smitha and Silvia, were seen speaking in Malayalam. When a Kannada channel crew tried to get into the house, they were stopped outside the house.
Sister Silvia tried everything to stop them from entering the house. However, they got into the house and saw a girl inside the room who was scared even to talk. It is said that she was suffering from mental problems.
The neighbours were seen telling that they rarely saw any of the family members coming out. Even a case of absurd behaviour was booked against the family. It is said that they even collected the urine in a bucket and poured it on the steps outside the house.
More details of the issue, if the girl has been taken to a safer place and any case booked against the family is yet to be known.
