Duniya Vijay Bail: Court postpones hearing, actor to continue in jail till September 26
A meeting was held by the Kannnada Film Chamber to discuss the issue and the Chamber President Chinnegowda stated that the actor cannot be banned as the fight arose on a personal level.

Kannada actor Duniya Vijay was arrested by the High Grounds police on charges of assaulting and kidnapping gym instructor Panipuri Kitty's nephew Maruthi Gowda on September 22.
The actor has been booked under sections 365, 342, 325, 506 of the IPC, that also includes fatal assault. The incident of assault took place after the bodybuilding competition at Ambedkar Bhavan in Vasanthanagar, Bengaluru.
Two others associated with Vijay, Prasad and Mani have also been arrested by the police. All three have been remanded to judicial custody for 14 days. But the accused have applied for bail, which will be next heard on September 26.
