Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami directed officials for the prompt and effective resolution of public grievances after hearing them at Mukhya Sevak Sadan. He stressed that timely redressal is a top government priority for public welfare.
Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Monday heard grievances of people from various parts of the state at Mukhya Sevak Sadan, located at the Chief Minister's Camp Office. During the interaction, people raised various public issues, matters related to regional development, and shared their suggestions with the Chief Minister.
Taking the grievances seriously, Dhami directed the concerned officials to take necessary action for their prompt and effective resolution. He said timely redressal of public grievances is among the state government's highest priorities and instructed all levels of the government and administration to ensure that people do not face unnecessary difficulties in getting their problems resolved. The Chief Minister said matters related to public welfare should be addressed sensitively and with prompt action.
CM ensures aid for differently-abled person
During the programme, CM Dhami also heard the concerns of a differently-abled person, Kuldeep, and directed the concerned officials to immediately provide him with financial assistance and a tricycle. He said necessary assistance must be ensured promptly for those in need.
CM meets various delegations
The Chief Minister also met delegations and representatives of the State Tax Ministerial Staff Association, Provincial Junior High School Teachers' Association, Senior Citizen Welfare Society Uttarakhand, Excise Sub-Inspectors' Association, Shri Kalp Kedar Temple Committee, Devbhoomi Ex-Servicemen Welfare Committee, and various delegations from Haridwar Representatives of these organisations apprised the Chief Minister of their demands, problems, and suggestions.
Dhami directed the concerned officials to take necessary action on the issues raised, in accordance with the rules.
Government committed to public welfare
The Chief Minister said the state government is continuously working through public dialogue to resolve people's problems and carry forward development works in line with public aspirations. He added that the government is committed to ensuring that the benefits of government schemes and services reach the last person in society in a simple and timely manner. (ANI)
