During a surprise visit of the Tahsildar office in Pentlavelli, Nagarkurnool district, Telangana Minister Jupally Krishna Rao voiced dissatisfaction over inadequate sanitation and government carelessness after discovering an unsanitary lavatory. The minister discovered that the government office's restrooms were unclean during the inspection. Jupally chastised authorities and employees for not upholding basic hygiene standards because he was unhappy with the state of uncleanliness at a public office.
"This is unacceptable. Why is this so dirty?" he asked. The minister then personally poured water and cleaned the washroom, drawing attention to the condition of sanitation facilities at the office.
The inspection was part of Jupally's review of the functioning of the Tahsildar office. He checked the status of pending files between the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) office and the Mandal Revenue Office, as well as revenue petitions.

Jupally also asked the concerned staff to explain any delays in processing revenue-related applications. Both cleanliness and the prompt provision of public services were the main concerns of the minister's assessment. Officials were questioned on unresolved issues and the causes of application processing delays.
