Bengaluru: The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) will declare the SSLC or Class 10 result on August 10 (Monday). State primary and secondary education minister S Suresh Kumar confirmed the result date, saying, “Karnataka SSLC results to be announced at 3 pm on Monday, August 10.”

Prior to his clarification, several media reports claimed that the Karnataka Secondary School Level Certificate (SSLC) Exam Results 2020 will be on August 7.

Around 8.48 lakh students registered for the SSLC exams this year, which were supposed to be conducted from March 29. However, due to the nationwide lockdown following the rise in coronavirus cases across the country, the board was forced to reschedule the exams from June 25 till July 3.

The results for the same will be declared on KSEEB’s official website – kseeb.kar.nic.in.

· Visit the official website i.e. karresults.nic.in

· Find Direct Link for SSLC Results 2020 Karnataka Board

· Input your exam roll number and other details asked on the page

· Verify the details against your hall ticket and submit them on the website

· Your SSLC Result 2020 Scorecard will be displayed on the screen

· Download PDF Softcopy or take a printout for future reference

A student needs to secure at least grade C or 35 per cent in each subject to clear the exams.

Karnataka had recorded a passing percentage of 73.70 in the previous year, with Udupi topping as the best performing district. Girls had outshined the boys, recording a passing percentage of 79.59 as compared to boys’ 68.46%. Meanwhile, a total of 35,118 students had acquired A+ grade.
