Bengaluru: The Karnataka Primary and Secondary Education Minister Suresh Kumar said on Wednesday, that the Karnataka government has not yet decided to re-open schools.

The Education Department would reportedly give a report to the Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa in the next four or five days to take a call on opening of schools across the state.

After the Andhra Pradesh government took a decision to reopen schools this week, the Karnataka government too felt the need to deliberate on this model for three days with officials concerned before announcing its final decision.
