Asansol Mayor Jitendra Tiwari has invited Union Minister Babul Supriyo to join the Trinamool Congress. However, Babul Supriyo retaliated to this invitation.

As the assembly polls are approaching in Bengal, some people are proposing to change the party directly to the opponent. Many BJP and TMC leaders were seen to change their party. The political parties are intending to get a secured position and win the polls.

The mayor of Asansol and the MLA of Pandaveswar held a public meeting in his area on Monday (November 30). In the meeting, Jitendra claimed that Babul Supriyo wants to leave the BJP because he feels that he was not getting due respect in the party.  

Jitendra Tiwari advised Babul to join the TMC. However, the Union Minister has retaliated. In his words, “They are petty leaders. Their words have no basis and no truth. There is no reason to give importance to all this.”

Anti-regime conflicts, attacks, counter-attacks will continue to happen before the 2021 assembly polls. As the vote approached, the intensity of the attack increased. The BJP is however trying to take the TMC leaders in their party. The resignation of Suvendu Adhikari has weakened the TMC party. The BJP is looking forward to welcome Mr Adhikari. Meanwhile, the TMC has also started to play the same game. the people of Bengal are looking forward to who will come into power in the upcoming assembly polls.
