Coronavirus: Manipur CM Biren Singh tests COVID-19 positive

FollowImphal (Manipur): Manipur chief minister N Biren Singh today said that he had tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Singh shared the news on his Twitter account earlier today.

Meanwhile, following the tweet, the Advisor IT, Science and Technology, NRE, GoN, Mmhonlumo Kikon along with many others had wished him for speedy recovery.
Manipur reported five more COVID-related deaths in the last 24 hours, taking the total death toll to 218.
So far, the state has registered 21636 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 3084 active and 18,334 recoveries. The recovery rate in the state is 84.73%.
