Cristiano Ronaldo scripts unique record after finishing as Serie A 2020-21 top goal-scorer

Portuguese football sensation Cristiano Ronaldo added another feat to his name as he finished as the highest goal-scorer of the 2020-21 Serie A season. With this feat, he has scripted a unique record and has become the first to do so. What is it?

Cristiano Ronaldo has yet again proved himself as one of the most prolific goal-scorers of modern-day football. He finished as the highest goal-scorer of Serie A 2020-21, thus claiming the tournament's golden boot. The Portuguese sensation managed to score 29 goals this season and bag the feat, as Juventus finished fourth in the table.

Meanwhile, following the same, Ronaldo scripted a unique record. He became the first to finish as the top goal-scorer in Serie A, La Liga and English Premier League.

Having joined the Bianconeri in 2018-19, Ronaldo has since scored 81 goals in 87 Serie A appearances. His best season turned out to be last season when he scored 31 in 33, while he had won the Serie A Footballer of the Year for the past two seasons.

As for Ronaldo's accolade in Turin, he has won five domestic titles, while he could manage to lift the Coppa Italia this season. The other four happens to win twin Serie A title and a couple of Supercoppa Italiana.

Meanwhile, the Portuguese's future in Turin remains doubtful despite the side having sealed the UEFA Champions League spot for next season. He is eyeing a return to either of his former clubs (Real Madrid, Manchester United or Sporting Lisbon), while Paris Saint-Germain is in the ranks as well.
