Cristiano Ronaldo misses Juventus training, here's why
Portuguese football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has three more Serie A games to play this season for Juventus. He would be looking to finish the season on a high by claiming the Golden Boot for the tournament's highest goal-scorer of the season.
Cristiano Ronaldo is a Portuguese football legend who is currently serving Juventus. With three more Serie A matches to be played, Ronaldo would be eyeing a stellar performance and finish as the season's top goal-scorer, besides ensuring that the Bianconeri qualifies for UEFA Champions League next season.
Meanwhile, Ronaldo's future at Turin remains uncertain for the upcoming season, despite having a season left in his contract. Failure with the side in European success, besides struggling for a top-four finish this season, Ronaldo could be on his way out this summer.
Juventus, currently placed fifth, takes on eighth-placed Sassuolo in an away encounter on Wednesday night. However, Ronaldo missed the pre-game training with the side on Tuesday.
It was because Ronaldo decided to visit Andrea Agnelli (Juventus president) and John Elkann (Exor president and Ferrari chairman). Exor happens to be a holding company by Agnelli, which also controls Juventus and Ferrari.
Ferrari posted a picture of the same on social media, captioned, "Can you calculate this? 🤔🤩 C² + CR7 ⏩ C💯 #essereFerrari🔴".
Ronaldo visited Maranello, where Ferrari has built its Formula 1 cars since 1947. The Portuguese posed with Ferrari's F1 drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz for a photograph before giving them his iconic number seven autographed jersey.
A few reports also stated that Ronaldo was gifted a brand new Ferrari car. The Portuguese already has a rich collection of luxurious cars of top brands.
