Dubai: All the players who are set to play in IPL 2020 are now quarantined in their respective hotel rooms in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. After six days of isolation, the cricketers will undergo COVID-19 tests before they can take to the field for training. So, how are the players taking their meal in their rooms and what are they eating? Find out here.
It is important for every cricketer to eat right. They emphasise on fitness. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain Virat Kohli is one of the fittest among the lot.
Soon after his arrival in Dubai, Kohli started training in his hotel room and even shared a picture.
The players will not have human contact and the food will be left outside their hotel room doors by the hotel staff.
A couple of IPL players shared pictures on social media, telling the fans know about what they are eating during the quarantine period.
Rajasthan Royals’ (RR) batsman Robin Uthappa shared a photo from his hotel room, on Instagram.
Also, Kolkata Knight Riders’ (KKR) left-arm spinner Kuldeep Yadav posted a picture of himself chilling in his hotel room’s balcony.
The image shared by Robin shows his breakfast with more of fruits.
Kuldeep’s photo shows that he is ready to drink fruit juice and eat packed food.
IPL 2020 will be played in the UAE from September 19 to November 10.
