From fitness dad to foodie dad, which one do you have?

Today, we will list out  few types of commonly-found dads that you can personally identify with, or have known or met someone exactly like that 

<p><strong>Fitness Dad:</strong> Talk about dedication when it comes to keeping fit, the fitness freak dad can be sergeant-like when it comes to his fitness regime. His mantra is: a fit body equals a fit mind - a la lean mean fighting machine. Even when he's on a vacation, he's unlikely to skip a workout. Typically, this dad will ensure that the rest of his family is in shape, too. &nbsp;Unsurprisingly, a quick scroll through his smartphone will also reveal a number of fitness-based apps. The fitness dad likes to keep things fresh and new by switching up his workout. Like the foodie dad, this fitness dad knows his protein shakes and weights like no other. If seen in the gym, he's the kind of spotter you're looking for. When he's not exercising, he's exchanging fitness information.</p>

His secret desire is hoping his children will join his culinary escapades. He's in his element when he is around like-minded individuals - just watch his eyes sparkle. The foodie dad finds an opportunity to pepper his conservation with family and friends (much to their chagrin, sometimes) on little nuggets of culinary wisdom. He's the veritable Wikipedia, if you will, on all things food. If there's potluck involved, you know who to call!</p>

Incidentally, this type of dad is a warehouse of random and obscure information, and would be the right person to win a night of trivia, wouldn't you agree?&nbsp;</p>

He slowly ticks the items off his to-do list one adventure at a time. This thrill-seeking dad is also most likely to be a member of several sporting and adventure clubs. Even in his downtime, he's been known to potter around and make customised blueprints of his next adventure - be it in his backyard, or on a different continent.</p>
