BJP's actor-turned-MP from north-east Delhi Manoj Tewari will play the character of Angad, son of king Bali of Kishkindha.
Bhojpuri actor and now Gorakhpur MP Ravi Kishan will play the character of Lord Ram's younger brother Bharat.
National broadcaster Doordarshan will live telecast the event from 7pm onwards till the duration of the enactment.
The role of Ram and Sita will be essayed by local actors Sonu Sagar and Kavita Joshi.
Legendary Bollywood comedian Asrani will slip into the role of Narad Muni. Other Bollywood actors involved in the production include Raza Murad, Shahbaz Khan, Avtar Gill, Rajesh Puri and Rakesh Bedi.
