Instead of taking a military aircraft or convoy of cars, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu chooses his own mode of transport -- an all-terrain vehicle.
Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has embarked on a 3-day tour to Mago, Chuna, Lungur & Jethang sectors to meet Indian army soldeiers and villagers along the Indo-Tibet China border.
But here's what differentiates him from other leaders.
Instead of taking a military aircraft or convoy of cars, Khandu chooses his own mode of transport -- an all-terrain vehicle.
The Arunachal Chief Minister is enrote forward bases on three Polaris quad machines.
For the uninitiated, the quads are outfitted with engine that distribute 100 horsepower to 30-inch Pro Armor Crawler tyres, while offering 13.5 inches of class-leading ground clearance to negotiate even the toughest terrain.
