Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan is currently under NCB custody till October 7, 2021. On Sunday night, Aryan Khan and his friends Arbaaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were held by NCB during the raid in a cruise liner. Eight people were under custody for alleged consumption and purchase of drugs like charas, MDMA and ecstasy. 

According to reports, Mumbai's top lawyer Satish Maneshinde is fighting the star kid (Aryan Khan, son of SRK) case at the NCB Court. Satish Maneshinde is considered one of the most expensive criminal lawyers in the country.

He has defended several Bollywood stars, like Salman Khan, Sanjay Dutt and recently Rhea Chakraborty. It seems Satish Maneshinde told the NDPS Court on Aryan Khan's case, "The organisers invited my client (Aryan Khan). He had no boarding pass. Nothing was found with him. Subsequently, his mobile instrument was examined. Nothing was found in subsequent tests." 

Satish Maneshinde defended Sanjay Dutt in the 1993 Bombay blast case and secured bail for the superstar. Later, Satish Maneshinde also defended Sanjay in the Arms Act case in 2007. 

Satish Maneshinde is from Dharwad in Karnataka and studied law from that city. Satish Maneshinde started his career as a junior lawyer under one of the top lawyers in India, Ram Jethmalani. 

Maneshinde worked with him for more than 10 years and handled several high-profile cases, including Bollywood celebs. Satish Maneshinde also represented TV star Rakhi Sawant in an abetment to suicide case. 

In 2002, Satish Maneshinder also represented Salman Khan in a drunk driving case and secured bail. It is to be noted that the Mumbai court later acquitted Salman in this case. 

Satish Maneshinder also handled Daya Nayak's assets case, the Shobhan Mehta match-fixing scandal and Chota Rajan's wife Sujata's organised crime case.

Recently, Satish Maneshinder was seen defending actress Rhea Chakraborty in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. Sushant's family accused Rhea of 'abetment to suicide', and she was later arrested for possession of drugs. According to many reports, It is said that Satish Maneshinder's fees are around Rs 15-20 lakh per day.
