Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan called it quit in 2016, and their divorce came through after a year. The two remain on cordial terms and co-parent their son, Arhaan.
In an episode of Koffee with Karan, Malaika Arora spoke about Arbaaz Khan and his family. She said Her sensuality never perturbs khan.
When Karan Johar asked Malaika Arora about walking into a moderate, conservative, traditional home of the Khan clan/house as Arbaaz's wife, the 47-year-old said that she was embraced with open arms.
She said, "Well, when I actually walked into their home for the first time, I saw Sohail sitting in a pair of really tiny denim cutaways, bare-chested with blonde hair, practically sunbathing on his terrace. And I felt that it was totally my kind of home. I think things just fell into place. It is such a wonderfully accepting family. They don't really put pressure on you that you gotta be like this, or you gotta follow certain norms, it has never been like that. From the first day, I remember it has been an open-armed welcome into the home. And I think that continues to stay, not just with me but with anybody who steps into their home."
Malaika even said that Khan’s family members are truly modern in their thinking and said if she ever gets a re-birth, she would like to be married into the same family.
She also mentioned that her ex-mother-in-law was the biggest fan of her work. Arbaaz Khan recently opened up on being trolled after separation from Malaika.
