Ace designer Masaba Gupta once shared some important tips to handle PCOD

Faishon designer Masaba Gupta hosted an 'Ask me anything' session on her Instagram account a few months back where she addressed struggling with PCOD and shared useful tips to handle it.

Masaba got candid during the question and answer session and answered variety of fan questions with wit and boldness. One of such question that caught her attention was asked by a fan on how does she deals with PCOD.

Masaba spoke openly about her struggles with PCOD and also shared three useful tips that may come handy. She revealed that she has been suffering from the problem for seven years and her condition worsens continously.

Her numebr one tip was to lose weight, "Lose weight!! It's the best way! But please do it in a safe and slow way," she stated.

Masaba's second and most important tip was to stay away from crappy diet. "Do not get on some crappy diet especially keto, it messed up my body," she shared. Her last tip was to consult a nutritionist. "Speak to a nutritionist, eat ghar ka khana (eat home cooked food). Workout 6 days a week. Stay happy bas (that's all).
