Last year, during his shooting for Hotstar's original series which is based on the Indo-China War of 1962 he shared an interesting image.
Abhay posted a picture from the sets where we can see the show director Mahesh Manjrekar and him sleeping beside each other probably between the shots.
While the actor was seen in his police officer outfit sporting a moustache, Manjrekar slept off while listening to music on his handheld device.
Later, he shared the image and also taking a sly dig at himself and Manjrekar and posting it on his Instagram by saying, "I finally did it. I slept with my director. On set with Mahesh Manjrekar."
