During the NCB, Sara Ali Khan investigation revealed some details about her relationship with Sushant Singh Rajput. Sara made her acting debut opposite Sushant in the 2018 film Kedarnath; since then, they became close.
According to PeepingMoon.com, Sara allegedly talked about her relationship with Singh and showed their chats with the NCB officers.
According to the report, during the investigation, Sara reportedly said that Sushant was not faithful to her while they were in a relationship for a short period. According to the report, NCB sources say that Sara and Sushant broke up in 2019.
Rajput's friend Samuel Haokip took to his Instagram account and revealed that the last actor and Sara were in love during Kedarnath promotions.
Taking to Instagram, Samuel Haokip wrote, "I remember the time during Kedarnath promotions Sushnat and Sara were totally in love. They were inseparable. so pure and childlike innocence. They both had tremendous respect for each other which was so rare to see nowadays in relationships. Sara along with Sushant had genuine respect for everyone in Sushant's life be it family, friends and staff. I wonder whether Sara's decision to break up with Sushant right after Sonchiraiyaa's box office performance was due to any pressure by the Bollywood Mafia (sic)".
