Yesterday, Manoj Bajpayee's The Family Man 2 trailer was launched, where we can see Telugu star Samantha Akkineni as the new antagonist Raji joining the cast for this outing. 

Samantha is playing the role of an LTTE terrorist in the web series, and her fans are super excited to watch the series, which is also a debut in Bollywood.

The trailer got a fantastic response from fans, critics and celebs but down south on social media, Samantha got brutally trolled. 

Sam was criticized for playing the part of an extremist from Tamil roots. The hashtag ‘Family Man 2 Against Tamilians’ also went viral on social media.

Samantha's screenshots got viral from the trailer where she is seen wearing the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) uniform. The dialogues also say that social media users noticed a hostage situation in Chennai. 

According to reports, the second season shooting happened in Chennai and some Tamil Nadu region.
