The actress got engaged to Rakshit Shetty in the year 2017, but the couple called it off a year later, going separate their ways.

As a newcomer, the actress was heavily trolled for her engagement and break up by the netizens. Her ex-fiance fans trolled her,  but she did not focus on the bullying and ended up giving a massive hit, 'Geetha Govindam' alongside Vijay Deverakonda.

She later went onto giving many hits in a span of mere five years. According to Google search engine, she was declared the 'National Crush of India' in 2020.
