Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt wedding: Did pandemic delay the ceremony? Actor reveals reason
In a recent interview with Rajeev Masand, Ranbir Kapoor has spilled the beans and spoke about his wedding plans with Alia Bhatt, read on.
During the lockdown, Ranbir and Alia spent most of the time together. Recently, Alia Bhatt's property purchase in the same apartment as Ranbir's made to the headlines. Ranbir stays on the 7th floor whereas she took the 5th one with Rs 32 crore.
When he was asked what he has done during that phase, the actor said he watched movies and tv shows whereas Alia took every online class possible.
"My girlfriend Alia is a bit of an overachiever, and she probably took every class there is -- from guitar to screenwriting. I always feel like an underachiever next to her. But no, I didn't take any classes. Initially, we were dealing with the family crisis, and then I got into reading, spent time with my family, and I watch two-three films every day."
When asked about marriage, he mentioned that they would have been married by now if 'the pandemic had not hit our lives'.
He further mentioned, "I don't want to jinx it by saying anything. I want to tick mark that goal very soon in my life."
