Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor's love story is one of Bollywood's most talked-about topics just like Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai or Rekha and Amitabh Bachchan.

Shahid and Kareena were together for almost five years and they were very open about their relationship. They were also invited to Karan Johar's Koffee with Karan, where they spoke at length on their relationship.

Among all Bollywood's break-ups this one broke our hearts and their fans’ too. Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor were one of the perfect couples seen onscreen and offscreen, both looked good together.

After the ugly break-up during the shooting for Jab We Met, now both are happily married to their respective partners.

Once in an interview with Cosmopolitan, Shahid talked about his relationship with Kareena and how it all began. "We were dating within the first week of meeting each other...so you can say that, yes, we hit it off the moment we met," Shahid said.

Talking about what keeps their bond strong, Shahid had said, "The fact that we have such different personalities. She is extremely outspoken and impulsive. I am the opposite. We fill in each other's empty spaces, balance out each other's strengths and weaknesses, and that's what keeps us together."

Cut to present. Shahid is now a loving husband to Mira Rajput and a proud father to two kids – Misha and Zain. 

Kareena is married to Saif Ali Khan. Together, they have the most adorable celeb kid – Taimur Ali Khan and also last month the couple welcomed another baby boy.
