Here's how Nita Ambani shredded her weight in a few months to support her son in losing his weight.
Nita Ambani is a business tycoon in one hand and a mother on the other. She shared her fitness journey with Times of India; she said, "A child does what his mother does, so I couldn't be seen eating while putting him on a diet. So I went on a diet along with Anant. Whatever he ate, I ate. Whenever he exercised, I did too. If he went for a walk, I would go along. By virtue of being his mother, I lost weight."
Nita said that it's the food that matters most in terms of gaining weight after a certain point of time. She shared her four mantras, first was her food choice. She ate more fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
When it came to exercise, she chose yoga, swimming and gym workout.
She went back to her basics, that is dancing. She believes that dancing not only shreds calories it helps in toning also.
And she shared her magic potion, beetroot juice. She said that she used to drink two glasses of beetroot juice as it cleanses toxins and removes excess fat.
She started his workout routine for her son to get rid of the obesity factor.
