A career in film or TV serial seems very exciting, however, the same does not last long for many artists who find themselves in a very tricky situation without much projects or may land in bad company and end up depressed. Silk Smitha, the Telugu beauty and a sex symbol of South Indian cinema began her career as a make-up artist and later bagged side roles and soon established herself as a most sought-after item girl and character artist for south cinema.
In her 17-year-old film career, Silk has acted in over 450 films in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi languages. Her profession kept her busy, however, she could not come out of some depression and was found hanging at her residence.

Jiah Khan
Like Prathyusha, 25-year-old Jiah Khan was also found hanging at her Mumbai home. The British-American actress moved to Mumbai to make her career. She also bagged good projects. Khan was found hanging at her home. There were reports of her suffering from depression after her boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi cheated on her and forced her to abort her fetus and took all her money allegedly.
Nafisa Joseph
The 26-year-old was a rage on MTV and has earned fans in almost all the top colleges. Born in Delhi, she moved to Bengaluru for her studies and also began her modeling career.
Soon she rose to fame and started to judge shows and also starred in a serial.
Joseph found her love in businessman Gautham Khanduja. However, after the marriage was called-off, the VJ was depressed and was found hanging at her Versova home.
Sushanth Singh Rajput
The rising star in Bollywood Sushanth Singh Rajput's death became sensational after he was found hanging at his apartment.
The actor was only 34 when he died. The actor had a series of projects lined up and Dil Bechara's release date was also finalized. His death took a political turn as Bihar state to which the actor belongs accused Mumbai police of hiding something. The Mumbai cops however ruled out any murder theory in the case.
