Dhanush Birthday, here's why he can be called a complete film maker

As actor Dhanush turns 37 today,  Asiane Newsable enlists his career best films and his talent. The actor who stated his film career in 2003, learned the film making components. From acting, dance, songs lyrics, script, direction and production, the actor are has found success in his long year film career.
 

The actor First debuted with Thulluvado Ellamai in 2002 in coming of age film where he plays a student and escapes home to find peace with his friends who also have issues at home. The film got good response.
 

Dhanush's dance skills and his film songs from Thiruda Thiridi and Kadal Konden in 2003 just pushed his popularity to sky. However Dhanush shot to limelight only with Pollavadhavan and Yaaradi Ni Mohini as a fine actor in the making. While Pollavadhavan is action and middle class drama, Yaaradi Ni Mohini is an romantic drama. Dhanush maturity as an actor can be sensed from  Yaaradi Ni Mohini. Both the film were critically acclaimed.
 

Dhanush's role as rooster fight jockey in Aadukalam in 2010 release cemented his place among top actors as he went of to bag national award at 58th national award. In festivals and village fairs, Dhanush's song Yathe Yathe and Otha Solaala still finds first preference.

Even before fans could settle after Aadukalam's success, Dhanush who was married with Rajinikanth's daughter that time, dropped a song on YouTube from his film 3. The music video 'Why this Kolaveri Di' hit 100 million views. With this song, his singing talent was also established. 

Dhanush who has established himself also tried his hands at screenplay, lyrics and direction and production. His song 'Amma Amma' in VIP film in 2014 under his home banner Wunderbar Films in which he sang and also wrote lyrics and later his direction in Pa Paandi in 2017 all make him a complete film maker.

Later with his Maari and its squeal Maarii2, Dhanush popularity only went global.  His skills in song Rowdy baby also featuring Sai Pallavi is making waves on YouTube as it crosses over 850 million since its release.
 

His role in Vada Chennai and Asuran are must watch to know how to act at a given situation. In Vada Chennai Dhanush rose from a skilled carom player to dreaded gangster and reaches a position where he has say in politics in harbor area.  It is said the makers are planning a sequel as Dhanush captured audiences imagination as 'Anbu'. In Asuran, who is portrayed as weak man not able to defend humiliation meted out to family by upper caste land lords, goes on to defend the family and shows his fighting skills while defending his younger son. His younger son is being searched by Upper caste man as the boy would have killed a land lord for killing Dhanush's elder son. On their journey in the woods to reach a court for surrendering, Dhanush shares his flash back and is shown as more short tempered man. From young man trying to save honour of his village people who face upper caste oppression and to save his family as a responsible father for the same reason, Dhanush justified the role. It is said, Bollywood actor Ajay Devgan who offlate is copying stuff from South, will be acting in Asuran's remake in Hindi
