The Ambani's and Mehta have known each other for the longest time. As both the families hail from Gujrat. 

Akash and Shloka were high school sweethearts and their love story is nothing less than a romantic film.

Akash and Shloka did their schooling at Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai, and they both were classmates. It was Akash who had a crush on Shloka, but never confessed it to her.

After their 12th exams, Akash made his mind to propose to Shloka, she instantly accepted the proposal as she might be liking him as well.

They both told their respective parents about their relationship. Both the families were delighted to hear that but these two were advised to maintain privacy keeping in mind the media hype.

Akash later went to Abroad for higher studies, on the other side Shloka went to New Jersey, USA. They both managed their relationship quite well even after being apart and never lost touch.
