Aamir Khan's daughter Ira Khan often shares her views about mental health, body positivity and self-care on her Instagram account. Yet again, she shared a post and told the importance of sexual education and more.

Ira has been actively sharing posts on self-care every day on the gram. She has vowed to take care of herself and has urged her Insta fam to do the same. In one of her posts, she revealed that her mother, Reena Dutta, handed her a book on sexual education after hitting puberty. But Ira ignored it.

The fourth post by Ira Khan was titled "Be Curious." She added, "I don't think I've ever looked at myself entirely before. My mom gave me a sexual education book when I hit puberty and it had asked me to look at myself in a mirror, but I didn't get around to doing it. My body has also changed so much in general. Have a long way to go."

For those not in the know, Ira Khan is running this campaign called "Pinky promise to me," She lists down things to do to take care of oneself.

Ira's Instagram is filled with her family, self-care and body positivity pictures. She also shares romantic photos with her boyfriend, Nupur Shikhare, from time to time.
