Actress Sai Pallavi, who is flying high with the success of Middle-Class Abbayi is currently in Kolkata for her next Telugu movie.

In the movie, she is acting opposite actor Sharwanand. The yet-untitled film, which a romantic comedy, is directed by Hanu Raghavapudi and produced by Prasad Chukkapalli and Sudhakar Cherukuri under the banner Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas.

According to reports, Sai Pallavi is charging a bomb for the movie. The rumours are she is asking for a whopping Rs 1.40 Crore for the movie which is too high. Even top south actresses like Samantha, Kajal, Trisha, Anushka Shetty etc. have never asked this fee at the very early in their career.

Sai Pallavi is currently awaiting the release of director Vijay's emotional drama Karu, which is slated to hit screens on February 23 in both Tamil and Telugu (titled Kanam). Also starring Naga Shaurya and RJ Balaji in important roles, Karu is produced by 2.0 makers Lyca Productions.
