Is Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday's movie Liger headed for a digital release? The blockbuster South actor has refused the reports that his film will release on a digital platform. 

The film is directed by Puri Jagannadh, who earned fame for Telugu star Mahesh Babu’s starer Pokkiri.

The report said that the makers of Liger are currently thinking of a whooping deal of Rs 200 crore for a digital release and also for its satellite rights in all languages, implying that Liger may premiere on an OTT platform. 

Without saying much, Vijay set the record straight in these words: "Too little. It'll do more in the theatres."

Vijay went to Twitter to share photos of the local media report. He captioned the post as - “Too little. I’ll do more in the theater.” In the movie, Deverkonda will be playing the role of a boxer in the upcoming film.

Liger is a bilingual movie in Telugu, and Hindi also features Ramya Krishnan, Rho Nitroi, and Maca Landdes Pande. According to reports, the Hindi version will be published by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.

It is said that Liger will be released in India in September month. Besides Hindi and Telugu, the film will also release in other three languages as well Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
