FollowIt emphasizes the elephants' struggle, which is exacerbated by human encroachment. Bandev (Rana Daggubati) portrays a tenacious warrior who battles the strong and powerful in order to rescue the elephants and their home.

The promo reveals how a massive wall is built in the jungle, blocking the elephants' path to their water source, causing them to suffer and die. Bandev, who has spent his entire life in the jungle, surrounded by elephants and other wildlife, takes it upon himself to fight for animal rights. Whatever it takes, he leaves no room for doubt in his quest to save the environment and the innocent animals. Rana's masculine side is on display with some breathtaking stunts and fight scenes, which is the film's high point.
