The teaser of Nene Raju Nene Mantri starring actor Rana Daggubati is out. A short 30-second teaser shows us a very different Rana playing the role of an influential politician in the film.

Rana has shed off his beefy Bhallaladeva look and enter a lean and mean machine who is the leader of masses with shades of grey. 

 

In the teaser, his face is covered with a black cloth as the police escort him to his gallows. Cut to the next scene, Rana ties his dhoti, puffs a cigarette and then chucks it, all the while staring at the camera. “I am the one that decides when you will die, and only I can decide when will I die,” says Jogendra, played by Rana with tremendous swag. Right from Karan Johar to Dulquer Salmaan to Akhil Akkineni to Abhishek Bachchan – each of them have congratulated Rana on his ‘killer’ look! 

Rana has already played such role in his debut Telugu blockbuster Leader that came out in 2010. Rana is currently one of the hot properties of the Indian film industry along with Prabhas following the humongous success of Baahubali 2

Recently, the first look for Rana has shared my the actor himself, in the picture he was seen sporting a beard, a blingy gold cuff and a shiny gold chain as well. Rana has made a mark in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi film industries by delivering many memorable performances. According to the reports,  Rana has also been approached by Kannada filmmakers for a couple of films and the actor is yet to take a call on it. 

 

 

Nene Raju Nene Mantri also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Catherine Tresa, Navdeep and Ashutosh Rana and is directed by Teja. The movie will simultaneously release in Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi. Produced by Suresh Babu, the film is expected to release later this year.
