Video: Here's how Rana Daggubati celebrated Kajal Aggarwal’s birthday

Kajal Aggarwal celebrated her birthday on June 19, and received a gift from her co-star Rana Daggubati and the Nene Raju Nene Mantri's team. The filmmakers have released a special teaser introducing Kajal's character, Radha, from the film. 

The video opens with Jogendra (Rana Daggubati) and Radha in an intimate moment followed by Rana dressing her up carefully with beautiful jewels. 

A teaser was released to celebrate Kajal's birthday, who turns 32 this year and also marks her 10th year in the film industry. The 28-second-teaser shows the undying and unconditional love of Jogendra (Rana) for his wife Radha (Kajal). “My name is Radha Jogendra. Without Radha, there is no Jogendra,” says Rana in the video.

“Congrats Kajal Aggarwal on your 10 years in cinema and on reaching the milestone of 50 films!! Proud and honoured to have worked with you. Happy Birthday Radha from team NRNM & Radha Jogendra!!,” Rana wrote on Facebook.

Nene Raju Nene Mantri is the milestone film in the career of Kajal as it is her 50th project.  The film is directed by Teja, who also directed her first film in Telugu called Lakshmi Kalyanam in 2007. The movie will release in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi.

Nene Raju Nene Mantri is a political thriller, in which Rana plays a powerful leader with shades of grey. The teaser of the film was released earlier and received an overwhelming response. In an interview, Rana described his role as “Good turns bad and then very very bad” and the film revolves around his quest for “love, lust and power.”

Kajal will soon be seen in Ajith Kumar’s Vivegam that also stars Akshara Haasan. It’s one of the most anticipated action films of 2017.
