Mumbai: A model-turned artiste and songwriter has alleged a sexual assault by at least a dozen people in entertainment industry and reportedly took Jackky Bhanani's name in the complaint.

On May 10, 28-year-old model approached the police to file a complaint of alleged sexual assault. Maheshwar Reddy, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone 10, had asked a police officer at Andheri Police station to record the model's statement.

Reports say the statement was recorded on May 18, and matter has been duly forwarded to DCP Zone 9 office in Bandra.

According to a report published in The Times Of India and model's statement, most of the alleged incidents occurred under Bandra jurisdiction between 2013 and 2019.

An FIR has been filed, and reportedly several top-rated, high-profile men have been named in the case.

Actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani, photographer Colston Juian, Kwan Entertainment Co-founder Anirban Blah, Krishan Kumar from T-SeriesAha CEO Ajit Thakur, Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamat, Producer Vishnu Induri and others have been accused in this case.
