Meghna Raj and Chiranjeevi Sarji finally got engaged in a private yet lavish ceremony which was held at Meghna’s residential house in Bengaluru. The close friends and bigwigs South movie industry have been invited.

 

 

The couple ties the knot on 6th December 2017. Chiru and Meghna had known each other for over 10 years before they decided to make it official. 

 

Meghana has acted in Kannada, Malayalam and Tamil movies and is a popular actress in all three languages. Chiranjeevi and Meghana had acted together in Kannada film Aatagara. 

 

In an interview, Meghna told the media, “Arjun (uncle) played cupid for us as was the one who spoke to our family members about her relationship." She also said, "It is the biggest celebration for my family because I’m the only daughter to my parents.” 

 

The actress also added that she will not quit acting post marriage and that the entire family supports her decision since everyone hails from the film background.

 

Meghna said, “Given that Chiru also comes from a family, which is closely associated with the film industry, I know I will get more support from them to pursue my acting career. I won’t stop acting. As long as we live, we will continue to act in films.”
