Kalabhavan Mani death: Actor's brother accuses manager Joby of foul play
- Ramakrishnan alleges that there were contradictions in Joby's statement to the police
- He had recently filed a petition in the High court, seeking CBI probe in Mani's death
In a Facebook post, Ramakrishnan alleged foul play in Mani's death and also accused the police of protecting Joby.

Attaching a copy of Joby's statement to the police, Ramakrishnan states that though there were contradictions in his statement, the police refused to consider him as a suspect.Â

Mani died on March 6 last year. The police had registered a case as unnatural death due to the presence of excessive methyl alcohol found in his body.

Ramakrishnan had recently filed a petition in the High court, seeking CBI probe in Mani's death. The CBI are yet to inform the court of its stand on taking over of the investigation.
