Exactly a week after the gruesome murder of woman veterinary doctor in Shadnagar, a piece of news came in early morning that the four accused were killed in an encounter by police.
According to police sources, the four accused were brought to the place where the veterinary doctor was brutally raped and murdered. The police, during their investigation, demanded reconstruction of the incident. It was during this time that the four accused (Mohammad Areef Pasha, Jollu Shiva, Jollu Naveen Kumar and Chintakunta Chenna Keshavulu) tried to escape from the clutches of police. Left with no other option, the police allegedly shot down the four accused.
Many stars from the Telugu film industry who had recently expressed their outrage over the event were glad to see the news about the encounter and could not stop themselves from stating, "Justice is served."
A few of them even thanked chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and Telangana Police for the act.
