The video, widely shared on Facebook, has Jayaram addressing the media in Tamil and Malayalam. Later, a reporter from ANI asked Jayaram questions and when he began to answer in Tamil, the journalist requested him to speak English.

The actor quickly bailed himself out of the situation and called out his son Kalidas to answer the question, by saying "I think my son can say a little more about this for you."

Without wasting time, Kalidas came and stood next to his father, taking control of the situation and explaining things better.

Later, fans couldn't stop applauding the bond and understanding between the father-son duo.
