Prime Minister Narendra Modi posted a video on Twitter today responding to Indian men's cricket captain Virat Kohli's fitness challenge, in which he is seen performing a sequence of Yoga poses and some breathing exercises. Kohli tagged PM Narendra Modi on his own #HumFitToIndiaFit video.

PM Modi captioned his video saying, "Here are moments from my morning exercises. Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature - Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice
breathing exercises. #HumFitTohIndiaFit".

Following the video, Prime Minister Narendra Modi called out JD(S) leader and now current Chief Minister of Karnataka HD Kumaraswamy and nominated him to join the fitness challenge.
PM Modi further nominated Indian table tennis player Manika Batra, who won the gold medal at the Goldcast Commonwealth Games 2018, and brave IPS officers especially above the age of 40.

Responding to PM Modi's nomination HD Kumaraswamy tweeted and thanked PM Modi for the challenge and concern regarding his health, but he is more concerned about Karnataka right now and seeks the centre's help and cooperation.
