HD Kumaraswamy responds to PM Modi's fitness challenge nomination
India has been going through a fitness phase lately. The challenge #HumFitToIndiaFit has been going viral on social media, and celebrities are posting their fitness routines online to motivate the nation to exercise and be fit.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi posted a video on Twitter today responding to Indian men's cricket captain Virat Kohli's fitness challenge, in which he is seen performing a sequence of Yoga poses and some breathing exercises. Kohli tagged PM Narendra Modi on his own #HumFitToIndiaFit video.
PM Modi captioned his video saying, "Here are moments from my morning exercises. Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature - Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice
breathing exercises. #HumFitTohIndiaFit".
