Grand Ramzan treats from Mollywood

Mammootty starrers Kasaba and Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum will soon hit the silver screen.

 
The holy month will also witness the release of Bollywood films in Kerala like Salman Khan's Sultan, which has been slated for an Eid release.

 
Rosshan Andrews' School Bus and Dulquer Salmaan's Kammatipaadam have already set the stage for the big releases this year.

Kasaba
Mammootty's Kasaba is set to be the biggest release of this festival season. The movie will open in more than 150 theatres and marks the comeback of the superstar in the role of a police officer. Kasaba is directed by Nithin Renji Panikker and is expected to be a masala entertainer that would perfectly suit the mood of the season. The film will hit the theatres on July 7.

 

 

 
Pa.Va
The movie stars Murali Gopy and Anoop Menon in the lead roles and is supposed to hit the theatres in the month of July. The movie is considered to be different as the lead characters are playing the roles of two aged men. Pa.Va  is directed by debutant Sooraj Tom.

 

 
Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum
Boban Samuel has directed Kunchacko Boban, Jayasurya and Amala Paul in this romantic comedy that will hit the theatres on July 7.

 

 
Karinkunnam Sixes
This sports-based movie, which is directed by Deepu Karunakaran, has impressed everyone with its trailer. The film stars Manju Warrier in the role of a volleyball coach. Expected to release is in the first week of July.

 

 
Anuraga Karikkin Vellam
Starring Biju Menon and Asif Ali in the lead roles, this one is directed by first-timer Khalid Rahman and produced by August Cinema.
