Later, the Pune Police Commissioner arrested the 22-year-old man, who was a crazy fan from Nashik. The man kept posting indecent photos. He also wrote vulgar captions and comments on Neha's pictures. 

The man even began harassing all Neha's friends on the social media platform.

Because of the incident, her personal and professional life was getting affected. When Neha asked the man to stop, he began giving her death threats, This later led to her filing an FIR.

In an Interview with Times of India, Neha said: "Women have this false notion that if we stand up against anything like this our character might get affected and might get looked down upon, but this couldn’t be further from the truth." 

Neha also added, "The fact is that women need to come out fearlessly and shame the wrongdoers this will bring the guilty to justice."

Neha made her Bollywood debut with Luv U Soniyo. She was last seen in a Tamil film Sagaptham and will soon be seen in a Telugu film Valli with Rajiv Kanakala playing the male lead.
