The star was accompanied by her family members and fans had flocked the temple to have a glimpse of their favourite star. Anushka wore a simple white chudidar with a blue shawl and was looking stunning even without the designer outfit.
It can be noted that Anushka has visited the Kollur Mokkambika Temple even after the release of Baahubali 1. Interestingly, Anushka’s family was accompanied by former don and Jaya Karnataka organisation’s founder Muthappa Rai. Anushka visited the temple along with her mother and brothers.
There was another reason for Anushka to visit her native place. Yes, she had come home after a long time to attend a relative’s house warming ceremony. She was seen happily mingling with the relatives and friends at the house warming ceremony of Jagannath Shetty of Thallur village in Udupi district.
However, the fans were seen thronging the place, and Anushka did make time to interact with the fans and allow them to take selfies. She has become a household name, and people revere her and proudly say that she belongs to Udupi.
Speaking to Suvarna News, the actress spoke about her notion about acting in a Kannada movie. Born and grown up ion Karnataka, Anushka Shetty said that if she gets an interesting role, she is ready to act in the Kannada movies.
However, after the success of the movie Baahubali 2, Anushka can be considered as the most sought-after heroine of South India. At this time, her acting in a Kannada film might be doubtful, unless it is going to be a big budget movie with a big star cast.
