Mosques are meant for worship, not to house weapons: Karnataka BJP MLA Renukacharya

Davanagere: BJP MLA MP Renukacharya kicked up a row with his statement during a meeting organised in support of CAA in Davanagere. Renukacharya pointed fingers at a section of Muslims, reminding them that mosques are a place of worship, and asked why people use them to hide weapons. He also asked the Muslim community to stop opposing the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and stated that, if they fail to do so, grants and funds from government will be used for the development of Hindus.
