A rowdy sheeter was shot by an unidentified person on Hubballi-Dharwad road. The incident occurred around 6:30 pm on Thursday on Hubballi-Dharwad road near a bar. It is said the accused arrived on a motorcycle and fired at Chota Irfan, a rowdy sheeter. Public rushed to him as he collapsed, while the accused fled the scene.
