Hoshiarpur: A Pakistani boy, who had mistakenly crossed the border and entered India about 2 years ago, was sent back home via the Wagah Border on Tuesday. The Indian government ordered the release of 17-year-old Pakistani boy Mubashar Bilal, who was lodged in Hoshiarpur Juvenile Jail in Punjab, as soon as he crossed the border of Kasur district of Pakistan. Bilal accidentally crossed the Khemkaran border of Tarn Taran of India and entered the Indian border. All the family members of Bilal along with his father Mohammad Akbar praised the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that they are thankful to the way the Indian government released the innocent by taking care of human feelings. It was almost like a scene from the Salman Khan movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

Bilal was sent to the child correction centre in Hoshiarpur under police protection and DPO Kuldeep Singh particularly took care of Bilal’s departure. Before leaving India, Bilal said he was living well in India and was never treated unfairly.
