Teenage lovers commit suicide by hanging themselves with same scarf

The couple were found dead at the girl's grandmother's house The two were in love but both families and relatives were against it  

Plus Two students Deepin and Ashika, both 18 and natives of Avanakuzhi, were found dead at the girl's grandmother's house in Pulluvila on Tuesday.

The young lovers, students of the PKS Higher Secondary School in Kanjiramkulam, had been missing since Monday morning. Both were awaiting their Plus Two results.

It is understood that the two were in love but both families and relatives, who were aware of the relationship, were against it. 

Their bodies were found after the police, who were investigating the missing complaints, reached the grandmother's house which is currently uninhabited.

Meanwhile, there are allegations that the deaths might not be a clear case of suicide. The police have sent the bodies for post-mortem.
