All investigation and government agencies are also directed to produce evidence regarding the case.
Kerala High Court had annulled the marriage of Hadiya aka Akhila, a 24-year-old woman who converted to Islam and married a Muslim man named Shafin Jahan. The court made the decision after her father stated that the man is linked to terrorist organisations.

The division bench of the court also termed the marriage as a sham and directed that the woman be placed in the protective custody of her parents or an institution so that she won't have contact with anyone having terrorist links.
The court had found that the man and woman who attended the marriage does not have any right to conduct the act. Further, the marriage was held while a Habeas Corpus petition filed by woman's father was under court's consideration. It was also found that as per NIA records her husband was linked with some terrorist outfits.
