Advocate BV Acharya is arguing for Nalapad in the case of assault on Vidwath. It is expected that the Special Public Prosecutor Shyam Prasad who is arguing for Vidwath is expected to file objections to Nalapad's bail plea.
The 63rd Session court has already rejected the bail plea of Nalapad, who is in judicial custody inside the Parappana Agrahara Central Jail in Bengaluru from February 21.
The CCB has probed the incident of fatal attack on Vidwath by Nalapad and his friends. The probe team has submitted a report of 600 pages.
